Welcome to CardOpti, a digital financial product provided by Grezgors Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By connecting your financial institution or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
CardOpti acts as a financial dashboard, aggregating your banking data to provide insights on credit card rewards, spending patterns, and fee management ("Product Switching").
2. Banking Data & Security
We do not store your bank credentials.
We partner with Flinks, a regulated Canadian financial data aggregator, to securely connect to your bank. When you log in, you are transmitting credentials directly to Flinks. Grezgors Inc. receives only a secure token to fetch read-only transaction data.
3. Compliance (PIPEDA)
Your privacy is paramount. We collect and process personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We process data solely to provide the features you have requested (e.g., "Quest Tracking"). We do not sell your personal financial data to third-party advertisers.
4. Not Financial Advice
CardOpti algorithms provide suggestions (e.g., "Apply for this card") based on mathematical optimization rules. This does not constitute professional financial advice. Grezgors Inc. is not a lender, and all credit decisions are made solely by the issuing financial institutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grezgors Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed reward points, denied credit applications, or changes in credit score.
